These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RBR Performance Engineering ("RBR," "we," "us," or "our") website. By using the site or sending an enquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2Eligibility

You should be able to authorise work on the vehicle you bring in. If you are booking for someone else, make sure you have their permission to share the vehicle details.

3Workshop services

RBR provides custom ECU and TCU tuning for cars and bikes. An enquiry on this website is a request for the workshop to reply. It is not a confirmed booking and it is not a payment.

• Tell us the vehicle, the workshop, and what you want from the tune
• The information you send should be accurate
• The final scope and price are agreed with the workshop before work starts

4Bookings

Call or message the workshop if you need to change or cancel a visit. Thrissur can be reached at +91 96056 90002 or info@redbandracing.com. Other centres are listed on the locations section of the homepage.

5Quotes

Any figure discussed before the car or bike is seen is a guide. The file, the condition of the engine, and the work you ask for can change what the visit includes. The workshop will confirm the work with you.

6Your vehicle

You are responsible for telling the workshop about modifications, warning lights, and recent repairs. A remap is written for the vehicle in its current condition. Follow the workshop's advice on running in, fuel, and any follow up check.

7Account & Conduct

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to use our site to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the site
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with RBR
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

8Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the RBR name and mark, is owned by or licensed to RBR and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

9Third Party Links

Our website may contain links to maps, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
